With 25 years of experience as an educator, Dr. Rose is keenly aware of the challenges of navigating a successful college and post-graduate course of education, as well as the demands of working and learning within large organizations. Using a collaborative, shared decision-making model, Dr. Rose works with emerging adults and their parents to address issues of college choice, career trajectory, best matches of personality and organization, and how to effectively cope with the stress of college and graduate school life. Once in the workplace, Dr. Rose collaborates with individuals with regard to work/life balance, mapping of a career trajectory, and the managing of challenging work cultures and environments.
